This is warm and cozy and goes well by itself or under a winter coat. The white one does look a bit like a doctor's or nurses uniform though unless you dress it up with a scarf or wear a colorful turtleneck underneath. I use if over my nightgown too for reading in bed and wear it around the house a lot so I can keep the thermostat low.
